BTAC Barn Hunt Workshop Suitable for partnerships who have attended a beginner's workshop and whose dogs are over 6 months and comfortable negotiating climb and simple tunnels. The afternoon course features different obstacles to further engage your dogs' noses and hunting instincts. We will build on existing knowledge, introduce new challenges, additional searches and work on trial skills too. IF you could not attend the morning session and your dog is a beginner, new to barn hunt, we can and will, change the teaching with each dog to ensure you can still experience barn hunt from beginner upwards. We are able to quickly change the layout to suit beginners, intermediates and opens alike. Reactive dog? No problem - secure barn area, all doors surrounding barn can be closed. One dog only allowed in barn. Safe crossover areas. All dogs on lead outside of the barn hunt area. In the UK we use DEAD rats, responsibly sourced from reptile feed suppliers. Rats are held in tubes which prevent you or your dog from seeing them.
