Dogs must be on a lead at all times when not training. This includes walking in the adjacent fields.
Visitors and dogs must not access the venue's private areas nor the Air BnB bungalows and their gardens. Please abide by the site rules.
Please consider other dogs and their owners; all dogs must remain under control when not training. Use of crates is advised to allow dogs to rest between activities.
All dogs should have a collar and name tag with legal details.
Only 1 dog training in the ring at any time; dogs must be put on the lead before the next enters the ring and before any gate is opened. NO exceptions.
For puppies 6 months to a year, agility will be foundation skills only - no jumping, seesaw or weaves; flyball and lure (if available) and full agility for dogs available for aged 12 months plus. No age restrictions for the other activities.
Please clean up after your dog. There will be designated bins and plenty of bags.
There will be gazebos for undercover shade and seating; there will be a number of spare crates for dogs to rest.
Local vet on call.
First aiders on site.
No bitches in season on site.
Cancellation by participant - more than 60 days before event full refund given (minus deposit if cancellation date post 31st March 2026); cancellation less than 60 days before event NO refunds will be given. In this case the space will be re-advertised with no obligation on the part of BTAC Dog Training and if filled, monies less 10% of original booking, will be refunded.
Cancellation by host - BTAC Dog Training will only cancel the event if absolutely necessary. If we are forced to cancel through no fault of our own, refunds will be given once costs have been accounted for. If we cancel for other reasons, full refunds may be given.
The organisers (BTAC Dog Training) and team are covered by public liability insurance.
The event organisers reserve the right to refuse bookings.
All dogs attending this event do so at their owner's risk and whilst every care will be taken, the organisers will not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury to dogs, persons or property whilst at the event.
Visitors are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety as well as others whilst within the event grounds.
